<p>Nick Roe, 32, from Hove, said he was shocked at the letter from Orange which was more than 20 times higher than his usual £28 per month bill.</p>
<p>The sales and marketing employee said: “I went to Turkey for one week and hardly used my smart phone so I couldn’t believe it when the bill was £600.</p>
<p>“When I called my service provider Orange they said it would have been doing something called data roaming, which means even if you don’t go on the internet it is searching for things behind the scenes which is costing you money.</p>
